These peel-and-stick racquet labels (fifty per order) are simply the best we have seen. Each label shows the USRSA logo, and has lines for the string name, reference tension, date, and stringer.

These labels feature a pull-off protective coating that doubles as a "handle" for easier placement and installation in the throat of the racquet.
